Carol Stokes is the Director of Clinical Operations for American Healthcare Management Group. Carol brings a host of qualifications that include but are not limited to a master’s degree in health care administration, Licensed as a Long Term Care Administrator, RN BS Degree in Nursing, Compact, Master Trainer – Best Friends Approach to Dementia Care, and Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Carol’s approach towards the residents was respectful while holding her team accountable by example. She has a unique ability to build and repair relationships within her area of responsibility which make her well-respected throughout the industry. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of administration both operationally and with business development. I have personally witnessed her handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and efficiently while never losing her focus on quality.
Carol also has 4 children whom she is very proud of. One is in the air force, one is a computer coder, one is in retail, and one who works in home health as a caregiver. In her free time, she enjoys growing salad gardens and spending time with friends and family. Carol has a passion for working to positively impact the quality of life for all we serve.
